Shear motor-based slitting systems
Next-generation solution for independent motor scissor cutting systems. Each cutting system consists of an upper and a lower part, both equipped with high-performance pneumatic knife holders and an independent motor. The cutting system is the best solution for high working speeds, above 1500m/min or if the machine span exceeds 5m. Positioning is simple, fast and precise thanks to linear recirculating ball sliders.
Narrow Web Slitting Modules
The razor cut slitting systems are the perfect choice for high-speed, low-maintenance cutting, especially for plastic film applications. Their simple design and cost-efficiency make them ideal for a wide range of production environments, including integration on extrusion lines.
Edge trim slitting systems
The slitting system designed specifically for trimming. It consists of two units; an upper unit and lower unit connected by a metal frame. The upper unit consists of a pneumatic shear-cut knife holder, the lower unit a motorized bottom knife.
Solutions are also available for existing system, typically the knifeholders are available with adapter brackets to fit the mounting systems (rail, dovetail etc.) of all brands.
